Albert Sagiryan has over 15 years of investment banking and asset management experience.

Prior to Inspire Capital Albert was a Partner at GEMCORP Capital, an international investment management firm. Previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Sberbank CIB. Albert holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Lynchburg (USA) Married, has two children.

Over 10 years of experience focused on high profile M&A in Russia, USA and Europe including originating M&A opportunities, executing buy/sell side due diligence, coordinating complex cross border deals, restructuring business portfolios and responding to business crisis situations. Prior to Inspire Capital Maxim held a senior manager position in corporate M&A department at Severstal. Previously Maxim was at PwC where he started his career in audit department and later focused on deals advisory services. Maxim holds a degree in Applied Economics from State Polytechnical University of Saint-Petersburg (Russia), graduating summa cum laude. Married, has two children.

Andrey has extensive experience in investing, managing businesses, and resolving complex economic situations and corporate disputes. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Director at investment company A1. From 2006 to 2016, he served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Sberbank CIB.
Graduated with honors from Krasnoyarsk State University with a degree in World economy. Received a master's degree in Financial management from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
